Kid’s on Tour!

It's time to get excited because... Kids on Tour is coming to town!

The kids team from Commission Festival are preparing a whole day of your favourite Commission Kids activities! With crafts, games, and competitions, as well as big band worship and engaging Bible teaching - find all the fun of the festival in a town near you. Choose which day and location suits you best and get your primary-aged children booked in to join us!

Why?

We believe that bigger moments of gathering with peers from outside of their immediate world is essential for the resilient faith formation of children. We want to invite children into something bigger than the normal Sunday morning routine, giving them freedom and expectation to engage with God differently and deeply whilst having lots of fun together in all sorts of silly and creative ways. We believe that taking kids away from the ordinary and expected allows God to move in extraordinary ways and gives them a chance to be envisioned as part of God’s big family on a mission together.

Who is it for?

Kids on Tour is for children in primary school years 1-6. We'll have big moments of worship, competitions, dramas, and games all together as well as specially tailored separate activities and teaching for children in Key Stage 1 (ages 5-7) and Key Stage 2 (ages 8-11). We're also planning some exclusive moments for children in year 6 to learn, chat, and grow together without the younger ones.

What?

We will be unashamedly teaching about Jesus, experiencing the Holy Spirit, and glorifying the Father in an accessible age appropriate way for children from Commission churches, however you are very welcome to invite interested local friends to join too.

Accessibility

The excellent Unique team will be on hand to provide inclusion support for children with additional needs who usually attend mainstream school. Please let us know any specific support needs for your child when booking them in to ensure we have appropriate resources available.

Ticket Information

General Admission - £10.00

We will provide drinks and biscuits, but please send your child a packed lunch.
